Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using FindFin (“we”, “us”, “our”), including https://findfin.app, our websites, applications, investment tools, navigation directory, blog, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you sign in through a third-party provider such as Google, your use of that provider remains subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users’ access.
• Use automated means (e.g., scraping, bots) in a way that overloads or harms the Services, except as expressly permitted (e.g., public search engine indexing as allowed by our robots policy).
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Upload malware or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Not financial advice

The Services provide general information, tools, and educational content. Nothing on FindFin is investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. Third-party services and links

The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, brokers, data providers, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. User submissions

If you submit suggestions, listings, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, and process Submissions to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that Submissions do not violate law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including branding, design, text, graphics, and software, are owned by FindFin or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed (e.g., personal, non-commercial use), you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDFIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FindFin and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users or us. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
